Discovers every complete two-asset vault-pair strategy on a chain (each grouped across its per-asset vault legs) for the "back a strategy" picker, or returns one strategy's full state when a strategyId and vault are given.
Build calldata to back or leave a strategy
Returns the calldata to change whether an LP's liquidity backs a strategy. Setting `backing` to false is how an LP leaves a strategy, as there is no separate uncommit call.
